Lemon Partners, taking into account the respect for your personal data, took all security measures to protect that. We act in accordance with the law to which we are subject i.a., to tax law, AML (anti-money laundering), the law on licensed operators issued by supervisory authorities, and the law on data privacy. Presented Privacy Policy Terms specify how and for what purpose we store your personal information collected while you use our website. The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Lemon Partners” refer to the Orange Entertainment B.V (data administrator).

What information do we store?

We collect information that you voluntarily give us while using the Lemon Partners website, including:

payment information: address on the bank account, bank name, and account number;

How long do we keep your personal data?

Lemon Partners will store and process your personal data for as long as there is a legally legitimate interest and it is superior to your interests and fundamental rights. After closing the Affiliate Account, we will keep your data only to the extent necessary to comply with our obligations and to resolve any disputes. After this period, your data will be deleted or standardized. If this is not possible, for example, because the data has been saved in the backup archives, we will protect your data against re-use until there are legal and technical possibilities to remove them.

Marketing

If you accept marketing information that will keep you updated on the changes and news on our website, some of your personal data may be processed by our external marketing partners to enable them to communicate. All marketing messages will contain instructions on how to opt-out of them. You can opt-out of receiving further information about unique promotions by updating your preferences in the Affiliate Account settings or by contacting the Lemon Partners representatives.
